What is your ORDER PROCESS?

We have simplified our order process to give an easy and best customer experience.


Once you complete above process, you will receive an order/payment confirmation email. Once received, please allow us 1-3 business days to process and package your order before shipping. As soon as we dispatch your order, we will be sending you a shipping confirmation email including tracking details (if shipping method you selected comes with tracking) to let you know it’s on its way.

What METHODS OF PAYMENT do you accept?

As of now we are accepting PayPal as a trusted payment method.

What CURRENCIES do you accept?

We use CAD $ as the currency to process all our orders. Note at the time of check out your payment will be calculated and will be charged with your local currency with the interest rates provided by your credit card service providers with the current exchange rate to your local currency and charged to the payment method you have choose.

Do you provide FREE SHIPPING?

Please keep an eye at the top of our Home page for any Free shipping related announcement. We do sometimes offer FREE SHIPPING for select country/ies.

Usually we offer Free Shipping within Canada on all orders over CAD 35 and USA on all orders over CAD 100 and for other international destinations shipping is charged as per the standard shipping rates. Customers can choose from the options available at the checkout. We ship through recognized carriers so you can rest assured your order will be delivered on time and securely manner. You will receive your order anywhere from 7-14 business days from the date that it is shipped out.

Please Note: Due to COVID19, shipping is getting delayed at many places. Our apologies for the same, it’s not in our control though. Hence we would advise you to select shipping with tracking at the time of check out. This will help both you and us to track your order and follow up with the courier service company in case of delay.

My order DIDN’T GO THROUGH, what should I do?

If you are unable to complete the order process due to any validation failure of the information you have provided or due to an error please write to us at connect@newyouaccessories.com and we will help you to solve your problem as soon as possible.

I didn’t receive my ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided during the order process. If your order was successfully placed and due to some reason, you did not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder and add connect@newyouaccessories.com to your safe sender list.


All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient of the order. There is a chance that you will not get charged a sale tax or duties depending on the product. We won’t be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money or we do not make any claim for them. Duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost for these fees at the time of order placement. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused and returned due to sales tax or duties.

What do I need to know about PRODUCT CARE?

All products are only water resistant for daily usage. Please do not wear in shower or swimming which may have room to be in contact with chemicals. Avoid spraying cologne or deodorant contains chemicals on them, as this can be contributed to color fade or discoloration. It is also recommended not wearing them during sports or any activities as this may contribute to discoloration due to heavy contact of sweat. All products are recommended to wipe with a polishing cloth or soft cotton cloth and keep in an airtight Ziploc pouch or any other airtight container to keep the shine last longer.

What materials does New You work with?

All our jewellery and accessories are handmade or handcrafted using materials like silver, brass, recycled glass and copper, alloy metals, semi-precious gemstones, fabric, paper, resin, wood, faux leather etc.

Please note: We do our best to ensure that our products are lead and nickel free. If you have an allergy to any of these metals, then New You jewellery is not for you. If you are not sure if you have an allergy, please consult your doctor before wearing any kind of jewellery. 

Where do you procure materials from?

We believe in ethical and sustainable fashion. And all our materials are produced ethically in Canada and India.


All jewellery and accessories at New You are handmade or handcrafted. Due to the uniqueness of natural materials, variations might occur in color and size. That imperfection is the true essence of handmade products.

Return and Refund policy

We do our best to package your items safely and correctly in every order. However, occasionally, problems do occur. Below are quick and easy answers to each scenario.

Items were damaged during shipping

We will repair or replace any items damaged during shipping but damaged item(s) will need to be returned to New You. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery receipt of merchandise by sending an email to connect@newyouaccessories.com. We will email a pre-paid shipping label to mail back the product for replacement. Damages reported outside of the 48 hour time frame will still be repaired or replaced but customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Other than damaged products we accept no returns, so please choose carefully. However in any problem, do reach out to us and together we can discuss and try to find some solution.

Please Note: All jewellery and accessories at New You are one of a kind. They are either available in single piece or in very limited number of pieces. Hence we can’t guarantee you the availability of exactly the same piece of jewellery. If we have the exact materials in stock then we can definitely replicate the same else you can select any other product of same value in exchange.

Items are missing from my order

All shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery receipt of merchandise. You will be mailed missing items only if they have been reported during this time frame.

Only Exchanges are offered on product within 14 days of receipt. Please email connect@newyouaccessories.com for authorization. Merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition in it’s original packaging. Returned item(s) will be substituted for alternate merchandise upon receipt of the returned product. Customer will be charged accordingly for price differences. No refunds are offered on our merchandise, so please choose carefully.

Also, the customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping cost for returning their item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Can I add additional products to an existing order?

Once an order has been placed, New You is unable to add items to an existing order. If you would like to purchase an additional item, please place a separate order through our online store and if we have not yet shipped your previous order, we will be sure to ship it along with your first order!
